 Pete is an Illinois licensed home inspector and ASHI member with over 20 years experience in residential home remodeling. As an alumni of Northern Illinois University and Iowa State University, Pete not only has a construction background, but an educational polish as well. With over 1,000 inspections under his belt, Pete is highly experienced and qualified in the home inspection industry.
Aside from his daily schedule of over 700 inspections per year, Pete enjoys fishing, traveling, and watching old movies with his wife and children. To release some steam as the day comes to an end, Pete appreciates the quality of symphonic and orchestral music.
It is fortunate to the HIT Team, that Pete decided to leave employment with one of our competitors and join our crew as an inspection specialist.
