 Alex is an Illinois licensed home inspector and ASHI member with over 4,000 inspections as of 1998 when he first started with HIT. In fact, Alex was the very first team member back in the days when home inspections were unheard of.
Prior to performing inspections with HIT, Alex was studying engineering in college and buying, rehabbing and selling properties. After completing his tenth rehab project, he realized that with the proper training, he could use his knowledge to help people with their purchases while explaining the intricacies of the home.
To keep a healthy balance, Alex spends much of his free time (if any) with his family and friends hunting, collecting rare coins, hiking/rafting and actively playing sports such as basketball, football, and softball. To maintain his sanity, Alex also enjoys live music and a big, fat steak. He enjoys just being home with his wife and daughter playing games and just being daddy.
